See also Life coaching in nature
Monte Rosa is a great location to access hiking trails and we have a folder with many good recommendations available for you in our communal area. There are various hikes, some along cliffs and beaches and others inland; hiking through forests of pine trees, cork oaks and "medronheiros" or through the eucalyptus forests of the Monchique mountains. For those without their own transport we can offer transfers.
